Business-class laptops with warranty and spares, encrypted and managed from day one.
Ongoing management
Signal manages the environment after go-live, handles engineering and security escalations, patching and maintenance, and reports to firm leadership monthly, with a quarterly review. Your IT team keeps user support.
Compliance (add-on)
Policies, an evidence calendar, a risk register, quarterly reviews, and help with client security questionnaires and audits.

How long does FastTrack take?
FastTrack runs on an accelerated, predictable timeline. Exact timing depends on your firm's size and number of offices, and you get the schedule before you sign.
What does it cost?
One per-user monthly investment, set for your firm based on your users, offices and systems. Share a few details and we'll come back with your number.
Who owns the equipment?
Your firm. At the end of the 36-month term, the laptops and network equipment belong to you. Software and services, including Microsoft 365, security services and the network equipment's management licenses, continue as subscriptions.
Do we start with the assessment?
You can start either way. Firms that want a benchmark and roadmap first begin with the Unbiased Assessment. Firms ready to act go straight to FastTrack. FastTrack starts with a short scoping call so we can size and price it for your firm.
Does FastTrack work with our IT team?
Yes. We deploy alongside your team and manage the foundation after go-live. Your team keeps user support and gets time back for AI and process work.
Is everything included?
FastTrack covers the areas above. Legal applications such as document management and billing, phone systems, printers and audiovisual equipment are scoped separately.
What happens after 36 months?
Your equipment and setup payments end, so your monthly investment drops, and the laptops and network equipment are yours. The services that keep the firm running continue: Microsoft 365 and cloud hosting, security, connectivity, backup and Signal's management of the environment. Before the term ends, we review your equipment's age and condition with you and recommend what to keep and what to replace. A refresh is your decision, priced as a new plan and never added automatically.
